Students’ Trust in the Leadership of the Party and the State

Abstract

This article presents the results of an analysis of students’ trust in the leadership of the Party and the State at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, based on survey data collected from 2018 to 2025. The study employs quantitative methods to identify the factors influencing this trust, whilst situating the findings within a comparative context of other sociological studies on trust. The major findings indicate that students at the Academy of Journalism and Communication maintain a high and stable level of trust in the Party and the State, significantly exceeding that reported in many other studies. Anti-corruption efforts are identified as the most powerful factor in strengthening trust, whereas demographic variables show no significant impact. The article also provides a scientific basis for evaluating the effectiveness of leadership and governance, whilst offering policy recommendations aimed at maintaining and enhancing social trust in the future.
