Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên 355 sinh viên ngành tâm lý học tại một số trường đại học trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội với mục đích tìm hiểu thực trạng mức độ và biểu hiện năng lực thấu cảm ở sinh viên. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, nhìn chung, sinh viên trong mẫu nghiên cứu thể hiện năng lực thấu cảm ở mức độ trung bình. Trong hai thành phần của thấu cảm, thấu cảm cảm xúc của sinh viên được bộc lộ tốt hơn thấu cảm nhận thức. Trong số năm kỹ năng thành phần của năng lực thấu cảm, sinh viên có kỹ năng thể hiện hành vi quan tâm với cảm xúc của người khác tốt nhất. Những nguyên nhân và bàn luận về kết quả nghiên cứu cũng được đề cập trong bài viết này.
