Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá thực trạng sự trân trọng cơ thể và cảm nhận hạnh phúc của học sinh trung học phổ thông, đồng thời kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa hai biến số này. Khảo sát được thực hiện trên 547 học sinh trung học phổ thông tại thành phố Huế (từ 15 - 18 tuổi), với các công cụ đo lường gồm thang đo sự trân trọng cơ thể - phiên bản 2 (BAS-2) của Tylka và Wood-Barcalow (2015) và cảm nhận hạnh phúc - phiên bản 5 (WHO-5) của WHO (2024). Dữ liệu được xử lý bằng SPSS 26.0 thông qua thống kê mô tả, kiểm định t-test, ANOVA, tương quan Pearson và hồi quy tuyến tính đơn. Kết quả cho thấy học sinh khá trân trọng cơ thể song cảm nhận hạnh phúc khá thấp. Học sinh nam có sự trân trọng cơ thể và có mức độ hạnh phúc cao hơn học sinh nữ. Về sự trân trọng cơ thể, học sinh lớp 12 cao học sinh lớp 10. Về cảm nhận hạnh phúc, học sinh lớp 12 và 11 cao hơn học sinh lớp 10. Sự trân trọng cơ thể có mối quan hệ thuận với cảm nhận hạnh phúcgiải thích được 19,1% sự biến thiên của cảm nhận hạnh phúc. Kết quả này khẳng định vai trò quan trọng của việc nuôi dưỡng hình ảnh cơ thể tích cực trong việc nâng cao hạnh phúc của học sinh, đồng thời gợi mở nhu cầu lồng ghép các chương trình giáo dục tâm lý học đường nhằm thúc đẩy sức khỏe tinh thần và sự phát triển toàn diện ở lứa tuổi vị thành niên.
