Bài viết này trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu về thực trạng trí tuệ cảm xúc, khả năng phục hồi của sinh viên và mối quan hệ của nó với khả năng phục hồi - nghiên cứu trên 393 sinh viên Trường Đại học Sư phạm, Đại học Huế. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy trí tuệ cảm xúc, khả năng phục hồi của sinh viên ở mức trung bình, cùng với đó trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên có mối tương quan thuận với khả năng phục hồi. Kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng này đóng vai trò trong việc cung cấp cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn cho việc đề xuất các biện pháp hợp lý nhằm cải thiện trí tuệ cảm xúc và khả năng phục hồi của sinh viên Trường Đại học Sư phạm, Đại học Huế.
