Tóm tắt

Sử dụng phương pháp tổng hợp và phân tích tài liệu, bài viết phân loại các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mức sinh thành ba nhóm: kinh tế-xã hội, sinh học-y tế và tâm lý-tâm linh, đồng thời làm rõ cơ chế tác động của từng nhóm đến hành vi sinh sản. Tiếp cận liên ngành giúp kết nối các nhóm yếu tố này trong một khung phân tích thống nhất, phản ánh tính phức hợp của quyết định sinh đẻ trong bối cảnh xã hội chuyển đổi. Quá trình công nghiệp hóa, đô thị hóa và di cư ở Việt Nam tạo ra những biến đổi đáng kể đối với mức sinh, thể hiện qua xu hướng trì hoãn hôn nhân và sinh con, gia tăng nạo phá thai và tỷ lệ vô sinh. Đồng thời, sự thay đổi trong hệ giá trị, niềm tin về con cái và lối sống cá nhân hóa cũng ảnh hưởng rõ rệt đến hành vi sinh sản. Bài viết khẳng định vai trò then chốt của tiếp cận liên ngành trong việc cung cấp cơ sở khoa học cho điều chỉnh chính sách dân số phù hợp. Chuẩn hóa và tích hợp dữ liệu trong chuyển đổi số là nền tảng để xây dựng chính sách dân số hiệu quả và bền vững, nhất là khi mức sinh ở Việt Nam đang giảm.
