Tổng quan các nghiên cứu về tác động của hiếu thảo trong cuộc sống hiện đại

Tóm tắt

Hiếu thảo, một trong những giá trị quan trọng trong gia đình được thể hiện ở việc con cái biết ơn, kính trọng và chăm sóc, phụng dưỡng cha mẹ già. Bên cạnh những tác động tích cực, hiếu thảo trong cuộc sống hiện đại cũng ít nhiều gây áp lực, căng thẳng cho thành viên gia đình, nhất là con cái. Nghiên cứu này nhằm tiến hành tổng quan các tài liệu về tác động của hiếu thảo trong cuộc sống hiện đại. Trên cơ sở xem xét 24 bài tạp chí tìm được, kết quả cho thấy hầu hết các nghiên cứu chỉ ra tác động tích cực của hiếu thảo đối với học tập, sức khỏe tâm thần (trầm cảm, hài lòng cuộc sống, hạnh phúc cá nhân và gia đình…). Bên cạnh đó, một số nghiên cứu cũng khẳng định hiếu thảo là gánh nặng cho con cái, khiến cha mẹ già gia tăng cảm giác phụ thuộc, con cái giảm sự linh hoạt trong nhận thức và phục tùng cha mẹ già. Một số nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy cần phải căn cứ vào bối cảnh văn hóa xã hội và mối quan hệ gia đình cụ thể để có thể đánh giá các tác động của hiếu thảo một cách đầy đủ. Tổng quan tài liệu cũng cho thấy tác động tiêu cực của hiếu thảo còn chưa được quan tâm nghiên cứu đầy đủ dù nó vẫn tồn tại trong thực tiễn. Thêm vào đó, chưa có nghiên cứu tập trung làm rõ đồng thời hai chiều cạnh này. Vì vậy, một nghiên cứu không chỉ chỉ ra tác động tích cực mà còn cả tiêu cực của hiếu thảo trong bối cảnh văn hóa xã hội, mối quan hệ gia đình cụ thể sẽ cung cấp cái nhìn đầy đủ hơn về hiếu thảo này trong cuộc sống hiện đại.
